每天OT的日子
每天都不知道何時才能放工的感覺, 真的十分討厭這種感覺會直至約6時半
6時半我才能預計到我是8時左右/10時後/零晨下班
當你每天都在OT時, 你會不知自己是否在OT, 因為這個"T"是沒有固定的時間......
要OT, 通常都是以下主要原因:
clients臨近放工才有feedback, 卻要第二天開電腦時便要看到你交的貨/
AE同事們自己時間管理出現問題, 放工時間仍扯著你不放/
交貨給AE同事前過不了Creative/Art Directors那關(他們的審美要求每天不同)/
臨近lunch time才有新job brief in,還要即日交/
工作真的排山倒海,fully-occupied/
team members未完成工作, 有難同當
新年後, 仍是這樣忙......還越來越忙......難受
今天極速完成工作, 有幸8時離開, 同事說我為何這麼早走, 更難受
真羨慕不用開OT的人......

oh..why always need to do the homepage so urgent ga? ur job seems so tough la....

sorry that i was not free to reply you...
Yes, I always have to standby and ready for design in office... in fact sometimes we work very independently, whether other colleagues need to work OT or not depends on their own too... sometimes it's lucky to have a group of colleagues accompanying me...but not a must..
Of coz if i have a choice, i would not stick this situation for long. I can't manage my time efficiently with such job nature of an agency....
