血壓低
一年前拔智慧齒時, 麻醉師說我的心跳很慢, 那時一分鐘只有四十多下。半年前看醫生, 他說我的血壓十分低。
今天再量, 血壓更創新低......只有87mmHg (聽聞我這年紀低於120mmHg便屬於低)。
我的身體真奇怪。
還是睡多一點吧......

oh, your blood pressure is just at the opposite of mine..i guess mine is always high.
I dont know much about issue of blood pressure ..but try to have body check regulary la...and as long as ur body dont have problem for so long time of low blood pressure..i guess wont be big problem..maybe u r inborn...

Thx for caring me about the blood pressure issue. I think it's common that girl's blood pressure is low...I have checked from books that there are equations to calculate your blood pressure range.

Blood pressure is the force in the arteries when the heart beats (systolic pressure) and when the heart is at rest (diastolic pressure). Normal blood pressure with respect to cardiovascular risk is less than 120/80 mm Hg. Unusually low readings should be evaluated to rule out medical causes.
Blood Pressure Calculations (mm Hg):
Systolic =110+ (0.3 x your age)
Diastolic= 70 + (0.2 x your age)

From the calculation, my blood pressure is 117.5 / 82.5
So it's said that I would have high blood pressure if mine is over the values, from which my blood pressure shouldn't be too far away relatively too, otherwise it's said to have low blood pressure.
My Systolic BP was measured as 87mmHg, I think it's a bit low, but not very very low...isn't it? haha...dont' worry, i don't feel uncomfortable normally....just sometimes suffer from headache and dizziness...
I am not sure that whether my poor memory and concentration is caused by low blood pressure...haha....if so, my friends...don't blame me that I can't remember things....don't say that I am absent-minded....coz it's not within my control!!
Just hope that I would not suffered from Parkinson's disease in the future...haha...

Kee, I have kept your advice in mind...In this morning I have bought a ham sandwiches from TIT*F. I ate the whole piece of ham even I hate it.....coz I know salty food can raise blood pressure......haha......
