一個一個的離去
星期二, 老師宣佈(我的Creative Director) 辭職了。其實不是太過shocked, 因為重點只是誰先走罷了......
相信, 大家會一個接一個地離開......
從未見過大家的士氣如此低落。
對公司對大王對新的BD(Business Director), 很失望。
我常常懷疑新BD是大王請來瓦解xm的......我們這個division太多餘了......
昨天到總公司開會, 我們一班好像孤兒仔似的, 什麼升職、奬勵計劃、welcome/farewell等全都不關xm事 ......一點被重視的感受也沒有! 知道近期很多TVC也是他們做的(HSBC、名門、SWISS Cosmetics、大家樂等) 但我們沒半點功勞......在他們眼中, 我們只是一個獨立的technical online department!
算了吧......x_x
今天又接到一個極度無聊但又重要的HSBC project......我們有約1星期做layouts, 但他們卻有3個月的時間approve!...... 而這3個月, 我們將需要follow ATL來改改改改改......直至9月!
我懷疑HSBC的I.T.部是廢的, 常常限制我們的online function, 理由是時間不許可......他們的時間都飛到哪裏了?? 我想放粒button在flash內也不能, 還可以做些什麼? Creativity呀Creativity......
阿客說如果做得到, 這將會成為"Campaign of the Year"......
計我話, 這是"Rubblish of the Year"才對......
希望它成為我的"The Last Project in xm"......
8月25日, 就是我做滿1年半的日子, 會是我的last day嗎?
給自己......最多一個月時間......

tell u a happy thing...today my boss issue Bonus of 10,000HK$ for this month salary...I just worked less than 2 month...so this lump sum is quite good....cos he said he see my effort....(actually i did not work too hard ..but just do my responsiblity) hehe...
Now i have taken up all the works of the stupid PM.....so he seem to be surplus and my boss scold him everyday....and only assign very trivil work for him to do....
I symapthise him but yet he is too suck..

XM always like the orphan in the family. Partly because our revenue is very small compare to other business unit in the company. But another part is because we were unable to grow (at least the time when I was there). We always stuck in HSBC/HP related job that we were unable to expand our business or portfolio to do something more exciting.
To be honest, I believe you will learn more and work happier in other company than in a agency like this. Our existing project and client has too many constraint and policy which will limit your creative and idea (and for me, limit my usage on the technology back then). For example, in a production house you probably need to work as hard or even harder than in XM. But they will probably have more exciting and interesting project for you than in XM. XM is good for a experiences, so you can learn what big company like HSBC require and look for. But 1-2 years is enough.
Just my 2 cents. :)
AND Finally, HSBC IT Policy suck big time... as always.

In fact I really enjoy every moments in XM despite working nature. I love the working environment and colleagues here.....my relationship with every colleagues adds colors to my career life, including you and Ginny :D And.....I've gained from the knowledge of marketing, logistics, timeline management...etc which I coudn't learn from my previous company.
Yes, HSBC is getting more and more arrogant......you know, the I.T. dept limits us so we can't provide better online solutions and services for them.....that do no good to their business!
Hey ....you and Ginny ar, don't spread any news you read here out first.....as they are still very hot and unofficial...hahaha :D I just feel very upset why XM's ending is like this......

i still need to work till 11pm everyday la...and i have to take up all this stupid guy works la..but he got nothing to do la..he seems have 50K per month la....I sympathise him sometimes but he is too bad.....i always nice to everybody including this stupid guy too although he said bad words to me....now everyday my boss balme him la...today my boss ask him to report what he have done these days in a paper as the boss say he cant communicate with him....i sympahise him but um..he really always do some stupid stuffs - i was the vitim too..>_<...
