Wake Up!

Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! ...........

I think I really have to wake up...
It's not worth it...
Let me be an "environmental-friendly" person -- save my tears!

But no "wake up" at midnight please...I t's really annoying to waste 2 hours on being fully awake, doing nothing in full darkness on the bed, even I try to force myself to sleep since 1a.m. recently!! Is it good to buy some pills?

Special thanks to:
Betsy - for being my listener almost everyday
Cat - for meeting me in such a short stay in HK
Leslie - for wake-up calls and drawing happy picture for my MSN
Black - for mailing me a lovely card
Marco - for a warm call and advice
everyone who are reading now - for caring me

My Johari Window
using data from 12 respondents.

My conclusion:
I ended this survey after receiving feedbacks of 12 people as the results are quite obvious... I could conclude that my self-disclosure is very high...too high that the Façade window is empty! (i.e. I don't have any things hidden from others!)

Should I be less frank?

Be “environmental-friendly” and “sustainable” =)

For the sleeping pills, um, I’m not sure, but I don’t encourage. Remember that even you didn’t fall asleep; lying down on bed, actually your body is resting as well. Don’t be anxious and force yourself to sleep. Just relax, don’t feel that it is wasting time.

Otherwise, you might get up and do something like read bible, some books (there is one coming up); write something, like letter, email; listen to music… etc. hum…ended up, you will be ready for your “June Trip” or “September Trip” by changing your body-time and you won’t have any problem with the jet-lag later then. Hahaaa, I’m just kidding. =)

But really, relax, baby.

我都明白你呢刻等待既心情,未有答案前又唔知做咩好,呢段時間休息之餘都可以計劃下plan A唔得(大吉利是)咁plan B做咩~或者plan C plan D plan E......

Black,
Awesome! I've received your surprise...and guess what? I've got the chinese version of the book you give me...that was given from my friend and I stopped at Day 11...haha...so lazy I was...um...have you finished reading it? Okay, let me start it over from tomorrow, would you read it with me together as you suggested?

Those activities performing in light would interfere my initiative to sleep...I tried reading before, useless... what I could do is to relax (I really can feel at what moment I am falling sleep...it takes about a few minutes to proceed...). I really hate the torture of sleeplessness!

Ray,
Oh no, I am not just waiting, I am and should have been doing something...Hope that I would be relieved in April! But you are right, I really have contigency plan if plan A fails...
